Use Replenish througout the day or as a complement to your qi (energy) tonic Recharge or yang tonic VitalizeX. The use either Recharge or VitalizeX during the day and Replenish in the evening with your dinner. Replenish is a moistening and nourishing tonic and helps to "replenish" energy used up during the day. Using Replenish this way, you will restore energy during your sleep and gradually start waking up feeling more refreshed in the mornings.
Usage: According to traditional Chinese medicine. Replenish is a yin and blood tonic formula.
Ingredients: Rehmannia glutinosa, Radix (Shu Di Huang), Dioscorea opposita, Rhizoma (Shan Yao), Poria cocos, Sclerotium (Fu Ling), Eucommia ulmoidis, Cortex (Du Zhong), Polygoni multiflori, Radix (He Shou Wu), Goji/Lycii chinense, Fructus (Gou Qi Zi), Paeonia lactiflora, Radix (Bai Shao), Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Radix (Gan Cao), Angelica sinensis, Radix (Dang Gui), Achyranthis bidentata, Radix (Niu Xi), Zizyphi spinosa, Semen (Suan Zao Ren), Pseudostellaria, Radix (Tai Zi Shen), Schisandra chinensis, Fructus (Wu Wei Zi), Ophiopogonis japonica, Radix (Mai Men Dong), Gardenia jasminoidis, Fructus (Zhi Zi), Scutellaria baicalensis, Radix (Huang Qin).
